| Senior Personal Assistant | 33 | Degree, 110 words per minute in shorthand (English), and 40 words per minute in typing knowledge of computer operation. |
| Personal Assistant | 43 | Knowledge of computer operation, a degree, and a typing speed of 40 words per minute in English shorthand. |
- For positions as a personal assistant or senior personal assistant, the minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
- For Court Master (Shorthand) positions, the minimum age requirement is 30 years old.
- The upper age limit for positions as a personal assistant and senior personal assistant is 30 years old.
- 45 is the upper age limit for positions as court masters (shorthand).
